Product:	Electrolytic Tin Plate

Features:	Black Plate steel with a precisely controlled electrolytically applied coating of tin. Weirton Steel uses the halogen method of tin-plate manufacturing and specializes in light gauge products. Weirton is capable of providing gauge control as tight as +/-3 percent for critical applications.

Uses:	One of the most widely used products in the industry. Ideal for a variety of forming operations. The surface finish can be matte or shiny. Shiny surface needs no additional treatment but if decorative coating is required tin plate serves as an excellent base.
