Weirton Steel’s Technical Service and Claims Departments are staffed by professionals with metallurgical and chemical backgrounds, along with decades of mill experience.

Our technical development engineers travel across the country and overseas troubleshooting for our customers. In additional we have six technical service representatives -- located in Weirton, Cincinnati, Chicago and South Carolina -- who make routine visits to customer sites. These help prevent emergencies. But your Tech Service Rep will be there for those, too. We understand that you expect immediate corrective action.
