Product:	Hot-dipped Galfan-coated galvanized sheet steel.
Features:	Our top quality galvanized product, Weirkote Plus combines 95% zinc and 5% aluminum for superior corrosion protection and formability. Excellent paint adhesion, full sacraficial protection and lightweight coating.
Uses:	Galfan is the first hot-dipped coating that is more formable than the steel it protects. This makes it ideal for critical operations requiring bending, stamping, deep drawing, press forming, profiling and even sharp Zero-T bends.
Benefits:	Weirtkote Plus offers twice the formability and up to three times the corrosion protection of ordinary hot-dipped galvanized steel. The brittle intermetalic layer between the steel substrate and regular galvanized coatings -- where cracks typically form -- is virtually eliminated with Galfan.
Applications:	Mailboxes, newspaper vending machines, automotive gas-tank heat shields, automotive underbody componants and motor housings, air conditioner parts, laundry appliances, electrical components and more.
