Weirton Steel found a joint venture partner in ATAS International, an established leader in manufacturing,
distributing and installing metal roofing and construction products. The two companies
formed W&A Manufacturing, Co., LLC
to manufacture the panel for private label distribution. ATAS will be selling the panel
under the name "Advanta Shingle."
