Long distance callers to Weirton can dial toll-free at 1-866-253-4668. Local calls can be made to 797-4668 and callers from within the company can dial extension 4668. Calls can be placed at any time. If someone does not personally answer, a caller can leave his or her name and telephone number on a voice recorder and the call will be returned as quickly as possible. "We want our shareholders to fully understand the proposals and help them separate fact from fiction. We sincerely encourage them to call at any time, day or night, if they have questions or concerns," said Weirton Steel spokesman Gregg Warren. "We are asking our shareholders to vote for the proposals but we also want them to fully understand the issues before them."
