Corporation has formed four distinct joint ventures. These strategic alliances allow
Weirton to leverage its core competencies in order to broaden its reach in the global
marketplace.
Partner: Balli Group,plc. WeBco will market Weirton products to foreign markets. The Balli Group is a London-based international trading company with offices in more than 20 countries where it markets steel, non-ferrous metals, minerals, raw materials, chemicals and agricultural products. WeBco will allow Weirton Steel to enhance its presence offshore, especially in growing markets in Asia and South America.
